Rachel Ivers

Rachel Ivers is an Associate on the Multifamily Investment Sales Team at Compass Commercial, where she partners with Bryan Danforth and Matt Thomson. A key member of Compass Commercial’s Northern California team, Ms. Ivers focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily investment properties across the San Francisco Peninsula, with a focus on Northern Peninsula markets where she identifies significant opportunities for growth and investment.

With a strong background in investment sales, advisory, and development, Ms. Ivers has been involved in over 7.3 million square feet of real estate transactions valued at more than $2 billion across the United States on behalf of institutional, middle-market, and private clients. Her expertise spans multifamily and commercial real estate assets, with a focus on investment sales, buy-side advisory, property and portfolio-level analysis and valuation, and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.

Prior to joining Compass Commercial in 2024, Ms. Ivers was an Associate Development Manager with Lendlease, primarily responsible for conducting the development and operational analysis of four corporate development projects across the South Bay/San Jose submarkets, which included identifying over $800 million in cost-savings. She also founded her own real estate consultancy, advising on over $320 million in transactions across the United States. Ms. Ivers was previously a Real Estate Analyst at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. (HFF, now JLL). She started her career at Marcus & Millichap in Denver, Colorado.
